Awareness of the Present Moment Exercise

This meditation is just under 10 minutes long and you can use it any time you need to reconnect or are feeling a little lost and want to feel grounded, or just generally relieved. It concentrates on the senses, one at a time, to help you feel more connected with the world around you again. This meditation can be done whilst out (if possible) for a walk or run, or even indoors – as it is an ‘open eye’ meditation where you’re focusing on senses rather than mentally with eyes closed like traditional meditation.
