A great way to start the day, this smoothie will give a boost of energy. If you want to bulk up the smoothie, you can optionally add milk of choice (we love oat) or you can also add a tablespoon of oats before blending.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 350ml wateror milk of choice

Method

Remove the banana from the skins and put into the blender. Destone the dates and add to the blender, alongside the frozen mango and water. Blitz on high for two to three minutes or until smooth and serve.
